Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use KitKeeper lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. KitKeeper is not intended for children under 13.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you add. You grant KitKeeper a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as necessary to operate the service and according to your privacy and publishing choices. You represent that you have the rights needed to upload your content.
Community participation
Social Mode is optional. If enabled, your public profile and published content may be visible to other signed-in users. You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. KitKeeper may review reports and remove or restrict content or accounts that violate these terms or create risk for users or the service.
Prohibited conduct
Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape or overload systems, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, infringe rights, automate abusive activity, or use KitKeeper for unlawful purposes.
Service changes and availability
KitKeeper may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may experience interruptions. We work to preserve your information, but you should retain copies of important photos and records. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
Account termination
You can delete your account from the app. KitKeeper may restrict or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations, security threats, legal requirements, or misuse. Provisions that logically survive termination, including ownership and liability terms, remain effective.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KitKeeper and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or losses arising from interactions between users. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
